We Determine If You Are Eligible for Free Legal Aid

Legal aid is provided at public expense to a person who needs professional assistance in a legal matter and who, due to their financial situation, cannot cover the costs themselves. Legal aid includes appealing decisions from the Finnish Immigration Service and administrative courts.

Low-income foreigners residing in Finland are also eligible for free legal aid. If you currently receive social benefits from Kela, such as unemployment benefits, housing allowance, or income support, you are eligible for legal aid.

In Finland, you may be eligible for legal aid either fully or partially. If you are eligible for legal aid without a deductible, our service is completely free for you personally.
